The Smartdiary Data Vault (sDV) is an unlimited and fully secured offsite storage facility for your Smartdiary data and settings, held on Smartdiary's secure servers. The sDV facilitates the automatic backup and restoration of your Smartdiary data via Smart-sync ensuring that you never lose any data.

Smartdiary User Account Control (sUAC) provides you with full control over who has access to your diaries and what type of access they have.
With sUAC, you are able to fully configure each users access rights - giving them generic access to a group of your calendars, or specifically giving individual rights to each resource. This customisation of access rights is highly effective in minimising the potential for costly mistakes and preventing unauthorised access to your Smartdiary CORE, electronic calendar, ONLINE, online booking system and CONNECT web booking system.

My diary appointments are not updating or are taking a long time to update. What can I do?
