Big Co Limited - Have 3 office locations each with a number of rooms available for internal meetings and customer functions. After suffering an increase in the number of double bookings Big Co implemented Smartdiary, which they have made available both on the company intranet and to a limited number of users via their Blackberry and Smartphone’s.
The booking system utilises a series of simple multi choice options to find availability based on a users requirements. The options start with the booking duration, this is followed by the office location and finally the room.
