Contacts database

Our shared diary system has the ability to take the full contact details of your clients, customers, prospects, staff and even equipment and rooms! This gives you dozens of fields, each one being changeable and customisable.

From simple name and title fields to fully customisable colour categorisation, which you can filter on to separate your specified contacts.  Should you need to keep a track record of your customers appointments, it is not a problem - with the click of a single button you can load in every appointment that is associated with a contact.

You are able to sort your contacts further using groups contacts, meaning you could have a parent contact of an account or company, then subsequent contacts for the staff within that company.  As an example, you could have 'Smith & Sons Heating' as your group contact, then 'Mr. Smith', 'Master Smith' and 'Jr. Smith' as the contacts attached to the 'Smith & Sons Heating' Company!
